Day 7: Home Day!

By the last day we were ready to come home and see our little neglected baby (she wasnt really neglected, she had so much fun with grandma and grandpa and probably didn't even realize we were gone)
We had one last breakfast in the pretty dining room, I loved those croissants, pain au choclates, little babybell cheeses, hot chocolate and baguettes! Best breakfast ever!

Our flight was much much better this time. We were in a two seat row so it was just me and eric, our tvs were better, and we could order any movie we wanted whenever we wanted and pause it when our food came etc. i watched post grad (terrible), the time traveller's wife (not as good as the book, but still entertaining) and julie and julia (loved the movie, didn't agree with the french food possibly being good. haha jk)
When we went to pick up our little munchkin she just stared at us from the top of the stairs for a while at first. But when I got to her she reached for me and just layed her head on my shoulder. So precious. Then she showed us all of her new tricks for the rest of the night, inbetween coming to lay her head on us periodically. Too cute. We missed her so much! She even looked a little older to me and her hair was a little longer. Grandma spoiled her and got her new pajamas, a new church outfit, play clothes and shoes. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa and Uncle Kye for taking such good care of our little baby while we were gone!

I'm so jealous of your trip to France. So many cool things to see and it looked so romantic! I think it's hilarious how you guys hated all of the food. Did you try any french food? cuz you were in FRANCE!!! I would imagine that americanized food...pizza/mexican/pitas/etc wouldn't be too appetizing there. anyway, i'm glad you had fun! i need to call you soon. things have been crazy! I'm working full-time with psycho children and don't get much time anymore...
