Gramma Cherry and Grampa Jack*

My parents were just here visiting for the last week. As usual it was so nice to have the extra company and help! We shopped, we ate, we swam and we had a little early birthday celebration for Sierra. The week went by too fast and we miss them already!

Grandpa and Brooklyn

Sierra spent a lot of time in this princess dress that Grandma got her for her last birthday. As you can see, Brooklyn also enjoyed it. haha

We all went to Eric's work one day for a tour of one of the ships that go out. This is in the lobby of Eric's office.
On the ship

Those stairs up to the ship were a little dangerous. they tilted down for some reason and were kind of spiky. I didn't choose the most sensible shoes that day.

Sierra and her friends (that dolls hair has seen better days)

Sierra is obsessed with these cars at Toys R Us. Believe me, it wasn't a pretty sight when I told her it was time to go. She was also quite attached to that dog in the seat next to her. hahaha

Brooklyn and her favorite toy, Sophie the Giraffe. She seriously loves that toy so much. It's really cute.

The new barbie bike from Grandma and Grandpa

A trial run on the new bike. So far, she's more interested in pushing the bike herself and putting toys in the basket. lol

Delicious cupcakes from Flavor Cupcakery. The luscious lemon is to die for.

*Eric doesn't really love the fact that I taught Sierra our parents' names. But I think it's pretty funny.

I know I say this every time, but seriously--your girls are GORGEOUS. You two are in big trouble here in about 13 years. Or probably less.

Your picture of Brooklyn in the Bumbo inspired Jon to pull ours out for Catherine. Thanks. ;)

Next time you will know to wear hiking boots to Eric's work :) Sierra looks like such a big girl and Brooklyn is adorable! and p.s. that's a better name for grandparents than 'doo-doos' which is what Addie said before she learned 'grandudes' haha
