Leg Warmers
I was reading my friend Mandy's blog the other day and her cute little girl had leg warmers on in one of the pictures. It was SO cute! I just had to go out and get Sierra some. I am obsessed. I'm getting some in every color. I can't take how cute they look on such little legs! (thanks for the inspiration mand! :))

Ledo's
Eric's parents are obsessed with Ledo's Pizzeria. I will say the pizza is pretty good there. But they get a little out of control with it. Every time we are going out for dinner with them it's Ledo's. Eric's dad kind of gets obsessed with places though. It used to always be Fortunato's and when I worked at Nationwide with him he loved to always go to this sports bar called Torino's. It's pretty hilarious. Anyways I decided it was time we got some pictures at our favorite hot spot. Plus Kye looked really cute holding Sierra so we had to get that on camera too.

Shots
Sierra did so good today! She only cried right after she got her shots and then she was fine! She weighs 11 lbs and is 24 inches long now. She's in the 50th percentile for weight and 95th for height. She's a tall girl! I'm so glad that experience is over, I've been dreading it for weeks! Isn't she so adorable with her little band aids?

Funny Girl
Sierra has been so funny lately. A lot of times in the morning when Eric is getting ready for work she'll wake up and he'll bring her in our room and lay her in the bed next to me. Well this morning I woke up to her touching my face! She was so cute! She even got her finger in my nostril a couple times. haha She has also just started looking at her hand. I love it. Tomorrow she has an appt. to get her shots! I am dreading it so much. I have heard so many things from different people about how terrible it was or about how it wasn't that bad. So we'll see. I'm making Eric come with me in case I can't handle the torture on my own! I'm glad we have a dr's appt. tomorrow though because Eric has been sick and the last couple of days we've thought Sierra maybe got it from him and today she definately sounds congested! Poor little cutie!
We have a few other exciting things going on in our lives right now too but I'll wait a couple days until they're definately for sure to spill...

Heat Rash
About 3 weeks ago we went to the pool. I love laying out in the heat and tanning and it has never affected me in an adverse way. Well on this particular outing i woke up the next morning with little red bumps all over my arms and legs that were SO itchy. They finally cleared up.
This month we got a charge for my tanning memebership. I froze it a couple months after I got pregnant and forgot all about it until the charge appeared this motnh. SO last night I finally had time to leave Sierra with Eric after feeding her and go tanning. I love tanning, it's so warm and relaxing and who desn't love a nice bronzed look? I hate being pale!
Anyways the point of this story is that I woke up this morning with the stupid heat rash back! What is the deal? I never got it before, why now? It is driving me crazy! I have itched the crap out of my arms and now have to continually rub ice on them or have a cold compress to cool them. Has anyone else experienced this? If so I need a cure!

Crib Time
Ever since we brought Sierra home she has slept in her bouncer. We tried to put her in a bassinet but she hated it because she wasn't cradled enough and she would wake up the second we put her down. But lately she has seemed too big to sleep in it anymore-her head always seems to end up in an awkward position. So I decided last night it was time to try putting her to bed in her crib. She was fast asleep in my arms so I carefully layed her in the crib and 5 seconds later this was the face looking up at me: I finally got her back to sleep and then a couple minutes later I went to check on her and this is what I found...
Apparently the crib equals play time not sleep time. :)

All through the night
Holy Crap! Sierra seriously slept the whole night last night! I was so shocked when I woke up. I thought for sure she was crying in the other room and I hadnt heard her yet. So I quickly got out of bed and she was just starting to stir for her morning steretch. Plus she has been so adorable this morning, cooing and happy and making the cutest faces. (in addition to all this she didn't eat for 10 hrs straight-is this even healthy? lol)
Here are some recent pics of her being adorable. In the second one, Eric and I were watching tv and we looked over and found her sitting happily in her car seat with her head band over her eyes. She has done it twice since then. I'm not sure why she loves it so much. She seriously gets more irresistible every day.
